Not entirely satisfied with your purchase? No worries! Our return policy is straightforward and customer-friendly. You have 14 calendar days after receiving your order to return jewelry, provided they are undamaged and unworn. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

- Print and complete the return form, then include it in your return package.

Attention: Unfortunately, due to hygienic reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you made a purchase during a sale or deal, you can return sale items. For items bought during a deal, return all products if you want a full refund. Want to keep only a few items? No problem, but be aware that the order amount will be recalculated based on the retained products.
